Monument Mountain Girls Take Two Dual Wins

GREAT BARRINGTON, Mass. -- Lily Haskins-Vaughan won three events Tuesday to lead the Monument Mountain girls track and field team to a pair of dual meet wins over Hoosac Valley and Lenox.

 

For the Lenox boys, Ian Bridges won three events to lead the Millionaires to a pair of dual meet wins.

 

Haskins-Vaughan won the 100 meters, the 200 and the high jump. The Spartans also got a pair of wins from Shannon Pollard, who swept the hurdles.

 

Hoosac Valley's girls had two double-winners.

 

Gabby Billetz won the shot put and the discus. Abby Scialabba took first in the long jump and the javelin.

 

Lenox's Bridges won the boys 100 and 200 and took first in the long jump.

 

The Millionaires also swept the relays

 

For Monument Mountain's boys, Sam Teigen swept the throws, taking first in the shot put, discus and javelin.
