Monument Mountain Volleyball Tops Taconic

PITTSFIELD, Mass. -- Brianna Ayala passed out 11 assists Thursday to lead the Monument Mountain volleyball team to a three-set win over Taconic.

 

Ayala served seven aces and pulled up four digs in the 25-22, 25-8, 25-14 win.

 

Alana Guidette had three digs and was key to the Spartans’ return of service.

 

Brenna McNeice had a strong all-around game for Taconic with five aces, four digs, four assists and a pair of kills. Ciana Bennett had nine digs, and Ava Barinski had seven aces.

 

Taconic  goes to Sci Tech on Monday while Monument Mountain visits Mount Everett.
