Gilooly, Mount Greylock Golfers Edge Pittsfield

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. -- Ben Gilooly carded a 4-over-par round of 39 Tuesday to lead the Mount Greylock golf team to a 169-174 win over Pittsfield at Waubeeka Golf Links.

 

Gilooly birdied the 15th hole to finish one stroke ahead of teammate Kyle Alvarez and Pittsfield’s Justin Martin, who each carded a 40. Alvarez finished his day strong with birdies on Nos. 15 and 18.

 

Pittsfield’s Kevin Quinto recorded a birdie on No. 15.

 

Mount Greylock (2-0) travels to Monument Mountain on Thursday.
