Mount Greylock Golfers Top Wahconah
WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. -- The Mount Greylock golf team won its fifth consecutive match on Monday, defeating Wahconah at Waubeeka Golf Links, Wahconah 175-189.
Matt Wiseman earned medalist honors with a 4-over 40 on the front nine. Wiseman birdied the 453-yard, par-5 eighth hole, picking up the only birdie of the afternoon.
Ben Gilooly (43), Kyle Alvarez (45), and Lily Crolius (47) also scored for Greylock.
Jonathan Dos Santos had the lowest score for Wahconah with a 46. His teammates Andrew Beaudoin (48), Gage Frazier (48), and Noah Bracci (47) also scored.
Mount Greylock hosts Pittsfield tomorrow. Wahconah travels to Stamford, Vt., to face Drury on Wednesday.
