CHESHIRE, Mass. – The Wahconah boys cross country team took the top two places, but Mount Greylock’s depth gave the Mounties a 26-33 win in a four-team meet at Hoosac Valley on Wednesday.

Noah Wesley (18 minutes, 3 seconds) and Cadighan Gladu (18:04) finished 1-2 for Wahconah, but the next four racers across the finish line wore Mount Greylock red and black.

Rafa Mellow-Bartels was right on Gladu’s heels, hitting the line in 18:05. He was joined in the top six by teammates Patrick Holland, Finnegan Noyes and Luke Irwin.
