Petropulos, Mounties Top Hurricanes

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. – Owen Petropulos carded a 4-over-par round of 39 Thursday to earn medalist honors and lead the Mount Greylock golf team to a 173-193 win over Hoosac Valley.

 

Ben Dingman finished at 43 for the Mounties, who got a 45 from Will Svrluga and a pair of 46s from Thomas Art and Jacob Hillman to round out the scoring.

 

Frank Field carded a 45 to lead Hoosac Valley, which got 49s from Zach Mongeon and Nick Pompi.

 

The Hurricanes (2-3) host Mount Everett on Tuesday.
