Coody, Sweren Lead Mount Greylock Volleyball to Third Straight Win

EASTHAMPTON, Mass. – Charlotte Coody and Kylie Sweren combined for 25 assists Friday as the Mount Greylock volleyball team earned a three-set win at Easthampton.

 

Sweren led the team with eight aces in the 25-16, 25-18, 25-16 win.

 

“The Mounties defense held Easthampton to only a few kills, while Charlotte Coody chased down digs all over the court, converting them into perfect sets that were often killed by our front row,” Mount Greylock coach Greg Geyer said.

 

Jackie Brannan was the Mounties’ top passer, and Celina Savage led the Mount Greylock attack with 12 kills.

 

Mount Greylock (7-1) hosts Lenox on Saturday evening.
