Dingman Leads Mount Greylock Past Lee

LEE, Mass. --Ben Dingman carded a 4-over-par 39 Tuesday to lead the Mount Greylock golf team to a 159-239 win over Lee on the front nine at Greenock Country Club.

 

Dingman birdied the 184-yard, par-3 seventh hole on his way to earning medalist honors.

 

He was backed up by three teammates at 40: Owen Petropulos, Cam Turner and Cayden Cory. Turner picked up birdies on the par-5 sixth and the seventh.

 

Nick McDonough led the Wildcats with a 54. Johnny Brighenti (59), David Carlino (60) and Jack Boden (66) rounded out the scoring for Lee.

 

Mount Greylock is at Taconic on Wednesday. Lee goes to Lenox on Friday.
