Roeder Leads Mount Greylock Golfers to Victory

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. -- Paul Roeder carded a 4-over-par 40 on Thursday to lead the Mount Greylock golf team to a 177-192 win over Mount Everett at Waubeeka Golf Links.

 

Roeder’s day included the day’s lone birdie, which he recorded on a par-5 fourth hole.

 

The Mounties also counted scores from Xander Axt (45), Owen Petropulos (46) and Ben Prescott (46).

 

Mount Everett was led by Cooper Rothvoss with a 45. Colby Stevens (46), Spencer Broderick (49) and Tucker Wilkinson each scored for the Eagles.

 

Mount Everett hosts Hoosac Valley next Thursday.

 

Mount Greylock is home against Wahconah on Friday.
