Gill's Aces Secure Mount Greylock Road Win

BENNINGTON, Vt. -- Lainey Gill was clutch to clinch a three-set win for the Mount Greylock volleyball team on Wednesday night at Mount Anthony.

 

With the decisive third set tied, 23-23, Gill, the only Mount Greylock player without a miss at the line in the match, recorded back-to-back aces to put away the match.

 

Takeira Darrow and Lucy Shepard each had eight kills, and Gabby Alvarez recorded 23 assists for the Mounties.

 

Mount Greylock hosts Mount Everett on Thursday.
