Mount Greylock Boys Lax Earns Tough Road Win

EAST LONGMEADOW, Mass. -- Michael McCormack scored eight goals to lead the Mount Greylock boys lacrosse team to an 11-10 win over East Longmeadow on Friday afternoon.
 
Sean McCormack scored twice, Matt Malloy had a goal and two assists, and Cole Hughes registered an assist for the Mounties.
 
Cal Filson made nine saves to get the win in Mount Greylock's goal.
 
Four different players scored two goals apiece for East Longmeadow. Jack McIntyre and Griffin Trace each had two goals and two assists for the home team.
 
Liam Driscoll made 13 saves for East Longmeadow.
 
Mount Greylock (12-1) remained unbeaten in Massachusetts with the win.
 
The Mounties travel to Pittsfield to take on Taconic on Saturday.
