All-County Nordic Skiers Recognized

Mahar, who placed second at the State Championships in February, led Wahconah to a 10th-place team finish at the meet.
Sanders was the top boy in the commonwealth, finishing 45 seconds ahead of the field at Prospect Mountain at the state meet, and led his squad to a runner-up finish in the team standings.
The state champion Mount Greylock boys took three of the top four positions in the 10-team boys all-league first team as decided by the league. Seven Mounties were among the 18 skiers to earn first- or second-team recognition.
On the girls side, Mount Greylock's state championship team had five honorees, including two on the first team.
