Mount Anthony Boys, Girls Swim Past Wahconah

PITTSFIELD, Mass. – Shay Callahan and Avery Camarda each won a pair of events Monday to lead the Mount Anthony girls swim team to a 99-63 win over Wahconah at the Berkshire Family YMCA.

 

Callahan won the 200-meter individual medley and 100 backstroke. Camarda took the 200 freestyle and 100 butterfly.

 

The Patriots also swept the three relays in the girls meet.

 

Wahconah got an individual win from Victoria Lattzzori in the 400-meter freestyle.

 

In the boys meet, Mount Anthony was paced by Daniel Wellspeak, James Tock and Braeden McManus.

 

Wellspeak won the 200 freestyle and 400 free. Tock took the 50 free and 100 breaststroke. And McManus won the 200 individual medley and 100 butterfly.
