Wahconah Volleyball Falls to Lynnfield

LYNNFIELD, Mass. -- The second-seeded Lynnfield volleyball team Saturday advanced to the Sweet 16 in the Division 4 State Tournament with a three-set win over Wahconah.

 

Olivia Wehner served three aces and pulled up eight digs for Wahconah in the 25-12, 25-20, 25-13 loss.

 

Wehner started Wahconah off strong with her serve in the second and third sets as the visitors took leads of 7-0 and 6-0 before Lynnfield fought back.

 

McKenzie LaBier had three kills and a pair of blocks. Bre Robert had three kills for Wahconah (16-6).
