Wahconah Tops Pittsfield in Four Sets

DALTON, Mass. -- Sasha Fyfe had seven aces and 16 digs Monday as the Wahconah volleyball team topped Pittsfield in four sets.

 

Wahconah worked overtime in the second set and then dropped the third before righting the ship for a 25-13, 28-26, 15-25, 25-15 win.

 

Kaylee O'Bryan had 26 assists, four kills and a pair of blocks. Kassidy Krejmas had 18 kills and recorded an ace.

 

For Pittsfield, Alexi Sondrini had eight kills. Maggie Burke recorded 14 assists, and Brigett Marcil dug up three balls.

 

Wahconah (8-2) hosts Pittsfield again on Friday afternoon.
