Henry Sniezek Leads Hoosac Boys to Best Day of Fall

ADAMS, Mass. -- Henry Sniezek fired a career-best 39 to lead the Hoosac Valley golf team to a 168-173 win over Taconic at Forest Park Country Club.

 

"Consistency was the key today, along with Henry Sniezek's career-best 39," Hoosac coach Jason Sniezek said. "Our best team score of the year."

 

Jack Sniezek, Nate Lapine and Derek Alibozek backed up Henry with scores of 43 each.

 

Lapine and Alibozek each recorded a birdie on the last hole of the round.

 

For Taconic, Brett Murphy picked up a birdie on the way to tying Henry Sniezek for medalist honors. Mike Kays (41), Kyle Rochelo (44) and Ross Omelenchuck (49) also scored.
