Hoosac Golfers Top Mount Everett

GREAT BARRINGTON, Mass. -- Jack Sniezek carded a 9-over-par 43 to earn medalist honors and lead the Hoosac Valley golf team to a 189-256 win over Mount Everett on Monday at Egremont Country Club.

 

Sniezek's round included a birdie on the 245-yard, par-4 second hole.

 

Derek Alibozek carded a 48, and Henry Sniezek and Luc Trombley each had a 49 for the Hurricanes.

 

For Mount Everett, Jake Christinat had a low round of 53. Patrick Hogelin (60), Anthony Consolini (71) and Sean Smith (72) also scored.

 

Mount Everett travels to play St. Joseph on Tuesday. Hoosac Valley hosts Taconic on Friday.
