Hoosac Valley Girls, Monument Boys Get Two Wins Apiece
GREAT BARRINGTON, Mass. – Lilly Boudreau won three events Thursday to lead the Hoosac Valley girls track and field team to a pair of dual meet wins at Monument Mountain.
Boudreau took first in the 200 meters, 400 hurdles and the long jump.
Her teammate, Alyssa Garabedian, won the 100 hurdles and the triple jump as Hoosac Valley defeated the host Spartans and the Lenox Millionaires.
Lenox’s girls beat Monument Mountain behind Mary Elliot, who won the 100 and the 800.
Monument Mountain’s boys beat Lenox and Hoosac Valley in their duals.
David Flynn took the 100 and 200 double in the springs, and Quinn Redpath won the 400 and the 110 hurdles.
Lenox’s boys went 1-1 on the day, beating Hoosac Valley thanks in part to their strength in the distance events. Harry Touloukian, Maxwell Adam and Dennis Love won the 800, 1600 and 3200, respectively.
