Lee Harriers Rule on Home Course

LEE,Mass. -- Lee’s boys and girls cross country teams each went 2-0 in dual meets on the Wildcats’ home course on Wednesday.

In the girls race, Lee’s Anna Martin (23:16.40), Emily Holian and Brianna Kelly placed second, third and fourth, respectively, behind individual winner Madeleine Rocheleau-Holmes (21:48.78) of Monument Mountain.

Rocheleau-Holmes led the Spartans to a dual meet win over Hoosac Valley, which got a 12th-place finish from Hannah Walsh (25:17.81).

Hoosac Valley’s Justin Levesque won the boys race, hitting the tape in 18:30.90.

He was followed by Josh Perrier of Lee (19:48.16) and Cooper Calvert of Wahconah (19:52.32. The Wildcats placed three runners in the top five with Aiden Fennelly and Jacob Bianco placing fourth and fifth, respectively.
