Craig, Rougeau Lead Hoosac Valley Golfers to Victory

ADAMS, Mass. -- Corben Craig recorded a pair of birdies to card a 2-over-par round of 36, winning medalist honors and leading the Hoosac Valley golf team to a 154-185 win over Monument Mountain on Tuesday at Forest Park Country Club.

 

Craig birided the par-3 fifth hole and the par-4 ninth.

 

Craig and Colby Rougeau each had a career high on Tuesday. Rougeau finished with a 37.

 

The Hurricanes also scored rounds of 40 from Henry Sniezek and 41 from Justyn Cowell, who started his day with birdies on the par-4 first and second holes.

 

Curt Wilton and Ben Shultis each finished at 45 to lead Monument Mountain, which scored rounds of 46 from Brady Whalen and 49 from Andrew Churchill.
