Taconic Scores Eight in Win over Eagles

PITTSFIELD, Mass. -- Andy Cella, Kevin Quinto and Brandon Peaslee each scorded a pair of goals to lead the Taconic hockey team to an 8-2 win over Mount Everett on Wednesday at the Boys and Girls Club.

 

Nikos Gian and Shane Tierney added the other goals as Taconic improved to 2-7 with its second win over the Eagles this winter.

 

Quinto and Gian each had three assists to along with their goals.

 

Taconic hosts Woodstock Academy on Saturday, while Mount Everett hosts Shepaug.
