Corcoran Leads Mount Everett Past Taconic

PITTSFIELD, Mass. -- Jake Corcoran scored two goals and assised on three more to lead the Mount Everett hockey team to a 7-1 win over Taconic on Wednesday night at the Boys & Girls Club.

 

David Ibanez and David Conlon scored to give the Eagles an early 2-0 lead before Kevin Quinto scored with assists from Brandan Peaslee and Shane Tierney to get Taconic on the board.

 

But Mount Everett added two in the second from Trevor Hathaway and Corcoran and three more in the third, from Ben Webb, Corcoran and Jenny Dunn.

 

Dunn, a senior, was honored before the game with the Don Troy Sportsmanship Award.
