WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. -- The Mount Greylock boys tennis team Tuesday won all the contested matches to take a 4-1 win over Mount Everett.

Gabe Gerry set the tone at first singles with a 6-1, 6-0 win over Jordi Peck.

“Senior Gabe Gerry played well in his final match, winning in straight sets,” Mount Greylock coach Blair Dils said. “Despite an interrupted career, he played in a lot of big matches for the Mounties going back to middle school. We’ll miss the big lefty’s leadership and skill at the top of the line-up next year.”

No. 2 Ryan Keating beat the Eagles’ Jason Peck, 6-4, 7-5.

Mount Everett’s Finn Vion claimed a forfeit win at third singles.

Mount Greylock’s No. 1 doubles team of Alan McIntosh and Troy Michalak beat Noah Williams and Jay Seward-Dailey, 6-2, 6-3. And the Mounties’ tandem of Drew Scanlon and Josh Rudin defeated Emett Vollmer and Willem Vollmer, 6-1, 6-3.

Mount Greylock finishes the season with a 5-3 record.
