Chicopee Icers Rally in Third to Top Mount Everett

The Eagles scored three times in the second period to tie the game, 3-3, but Tyler Bielecki and Trevor Poirier scored goals in the first four minutes of the third period to put the Pacers back on top for good.
Josh Hunter scored a pair of goals, and Dylan Boomsma had a goal and an assist for the Eagles (0-3). Blake Cella also scored for Mount Everett, which had its best offensive day of the young season.
Cole Duval made 48 saves for the Eagles, who were outshot, 54-30.
Mount Everett hosts Amherst next Saturday.
