Greenfield Skates Past Mount Everett
GREENFIELD, Mass. -- The Greenfield hockey team scored four unanswered goals on Saturday to earn a 4-1 win over Mount Everett.
Caleb Kollmer scored the game’s first goal for the Eagles, with assists from Cam Freeman and Kyle Benzie.
But four different players lit the lamp for the Green Wave, starting with Jacob Bryant’s equalizer. Kyle Bannos scored to give Greenfield a 2-1 lead at the end of the second period.
Cole Duval made 40 saves in net for Mount Everett.
The Eagles host Drury on Wednesday.
Greenfield hosts Wahconah on Monday.
