Sarnacki Leads Mount Everett Volleyball to Five-Set Win

SHEFFIELD, Mass. -- Lizzy Sarnacki recorded seven aces and three kills Monday to lead the Mount Everett volleyball team to a five-set win over Bennington, Vt.’s, Mount Anthony Union.

 

Sarnacki filled out the stat sheet with five digs, two blocks and two assists for the Eagles, who prevailed 25-14, 25-19, 17-25, 25-27, 15-10.

 

Laynie Mullen had six kills, nine digs and four assists, and Alissa Rathbun notched six kills and five aces. Faith Angell recorded six kills, seven digs and a pair of aces.

 

Mount Everett Tuesday hosts Ware.
