Mount Everett Hockey Falls to Newtown, Conn.

DANBURY, Conn. -- Newtown used a 4-1 third period to earn a 6-4 win over Mount Everett on Saturday night.

 

Andrew Conlon scored twice, Jake Corcoran scored a goal and set up two more for the Eagles (1-2). Grayson Duval scored the other goal for Mount Everett.

 

It was 2-2 at the end of the first period before Newtown took over.

 

The Eagles are home Tuesday night against Greenfield.
