Kratz Leads McCann Tech Golfers to Fifth Place at State Voc Tech

ACUSHNET, Mass. -- McCann Tech's Cole Kratz finished fourth Wednesday to lead the Hornets to a fifth-place finish at the State Vocational-Technical Golf Tournament at Achushnet River Valley Golf Course.

 

Kratz carded a round of 83 on the par-72 layout.

 

"We placed fifth overall with a score of 361 in a very competitive field, and the guys represented the school very well," McCann Tech coach Justin Kratz said. "It was a great tournament, beautiful course and we couldn't have asked for a better day weather wise."

 

Also competing for McCann Tech were Ryan Baran (91), Matt Jette (93), Dalton Tatro (94) and Logan Tower (110).
