McCann Harriers Fall in Home Opener
NORTH ADAMS, Mass. -- The McCann Tech boys cross country team Tuesday dropped a pair of decisions in the Hornets' home opener at Windsor Lake.
Mohawk beat McCann, 15-39, and Hopkins topped the hosts, 19-39.
Luke Viens of Mohawk finished first in a time of 17 minutes, 58 seconds. McCann's Billy Gallipeau finished in 21:09, shaving 3:42 off his time from a week ago on the road.
For the girls, Mohawk's Megan Dans led her team to a 15-70 win over McCann, finishing first in 18:28.
