McCann Tech Harriers Fall to Monson

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. -- The Monson boys and girls cross country teams outdueled McCann Tech on Tuesday at Windsor Lake.

 

Jerry McCarthy paced the Hornets' boys team, covering the 2.8-mile course in 18 minutes, 4 seconds.

 

He was followed by Lukas Yelle (18:58) and Cory Hartly (19:16) as McCann finished with a 22-43 dual loss.

 

ON the girls side, Monson topped MCann, 15-44. Hope Blake and Hannah Blake were 1-2 for the Hornets, finishing in 25:55 and 26:00, respectively. Aubrey Tetlow finshed in 29:25 for McCann.
