Moran Gets Win on Road for McCann Tech

HOLYOKE, Mass. – McCann Tech’s Camryn Moran took first place in a dual meet against Pope Francis at Whiting Reservoir on Tuesday afternoon.
 
Moran covered the 2.7-mile course in 20 minutes, 55 seconds, but the Cardinals were able to take the team race, 23-28.
 
Pope Francis’ boys took a 17-46 win behind a first-place run from Owen Randall (18:44).
 
Tucker Wirtes led the McCann Tech boys, placing fourth in 19:47.
 
The Hornets are home on Tuesday against Frontier and Hopkins Academy at Greylock Glen.
