McCann Tech Stays Hot with Win over Pathfinder

ADAMS, Mass. – Nolan Booth carded a 41 on Monday at Forest Park Country Club to lead the McCann Tech golf team to a 171-230 win over Pathfinder.
 
Booth edged his teammate Kale Kondel (42) for medalist honors on a day when all six McCann Tech starters finished better than all but one of the opposing players.
 
The win marked the fourth straight match that the Hornets (4-0) have posted a team score in the 170s to start the season.
 
“The team has been playing very consistent, and I’m proud of them,” McCann Tech coach Pat Ryan said.
 
Five Hornets posted rounds of 45 or better. 
 
McCann Tech hosts St. Mary’s of Westfield on Wednesday.
