McCann Tech Golfers Down Smith Vocational

ADAMS, Mass. – Landon Leclair carded a 6-over round of 40 on Friday to lead the McCann Tech golf team to a 172-196 win over Smith Vocational at Forest Park Country Club.

 

Leclair and Jayden Dean each scored from the third group for the Hornets, who also used scores from Nolan Booth and Logan Driscoll.

 

“Number five and number six players stepped it up in today’s match,” McCann Tech coach  Pat Ryan said. “It’s nice to see the players pick each other up. Nolan Booth played consistent, carding his third score of the year. Top score Landon Leclair had a big round today, putting up his best score yet this year. Jayden Dean Earned himself in the top four scores for total for the first time this year as well.

 

McCann Tech is home again on Monday against Pathfinder.
