Bator Cards Even Par Round to Lead Drury to Victory

STAMFORD, Vt. -- Drury senior Nick Bator carded an even-par round of 36 to lead the Blue Devils to a four-stroke win over Lenox on Monday at Stamford Valley Course.

 

Bator's round included a birdie on the 25-yard, par-4 ninth hole as Drury prevailed, 169-173, to improve to 4-6 this fall.

 

Chad Lawrence (41), Nick Boulger (42) and Ryan Baran (50) scored for Drury, which also got a 50 from Connor Kelly.

 

Kevin Coakley ad Lucy Schwartz each carded a 41 to lead Lenox (3-4), which also got a 44 from Noah Hunter and 47s from Matthew Shields and Ricky Armstrong.

 

Lenox hosts Wahconah on Tuesday. Drury travels to face Mount Greylock on Wednesday.
