Boulger, Blue Devils Top Pittsfield on Links

PITTSFIELD, Mass. -- Nick Boulger carded a 40 to lead the Drury High School golf team to 171-179 victory over Pittsfield on Monday at Pittsfield Country Club.

 

Boulger was 5-over par on the front nine to edge teammate Chad Lawrence (42) for medalist honors.

 

Four Blue Devils finished at 45 or better to improve to help the team improve to  9-1 on the season. Doug Sigsbury (44) and Nick Bator (45) rounded out the scoring.

 

Kevin Quinto and Thomas Symaskei each carded a 43 for the Generals (4-4). Justin Martin was just behind at 44, and Jerry McDonough finished at 49.

 

Drury hosts Taconic on Wednesday while Pittsfield travels to face Wahconah.
