Taconic Golfers Edge Drury

PITTSFIELD, Mass. -- Taconic senior Mitchell Omelenchuck carded a 38 to lead his team to a three-stroke win in a showdown at Berkshire Hills Country Club on Friday.

 

Omelenchuck took medalist honors ahead of teammate Brett Murphy (39), as Taconic improved to 9-1 this fall and handed Drury its first loss.

 

Nick Bator and Nate Boulger carded a 40 and a 41, respectively, for Drury (9-1).

 

John Keegan and Matt Ferris rounded out the scoring for Taconic.
