Drury Golf Team Improves to 5-0

STAMFORD, Vt. -- Nick Bator carded a 39 to lead the Drury High School golf team to a 163-170 win over Monument Mountain on Friday at Stamford Valley Golf Course.

 

Monument's Owen Hunter took medalist honors with a 36, but four Blue Devils finished at 42 or better to improve to 5-0 this season.

 

Doug Sigsbury came in at 40, and Nick Trombley and Chad Lawrence each carded a 42 for Drury.

 

For Monument (3-2), Alex Scarburo finished at 44, and Aaron Coons and Dylan Buffoni each shot 45.

 

Friday's match was a makeup of a match originally scheduled for Thursday afternoon.
