Lenox Boys, Girls Down Lee

LENOX, Mass. – The Lenox boys tennis team Thursday swept the doubles points to earn a 3-1 win over Lee, while the Millionaires took the girls match, 5-0.
 
Alex Kolean took the first singles point for Lenox.
 
Sebastian Manrique and Sawyer Levin won at first doubles, and Devon Smits and Aiden Tran took No. 2 doubles to secure the win.
 
Lee took Lenox to three sets in three of the girls matches, but the Millionaires got wins in those matches from Caroline Kump at No. 2, Sonya Bougouini at No. 3 and the doubles tandem of Bella Giardina and Lauren Romano.
 
Lenox’s girls (2-0) and boys (2-0) host Pittsfield on Tuesday. Lee’s girls (1-1) and boys (1-1) are at Mount Greylock on Tuesday.
