Lenox Golfers Defeat Lee

LENOX, Mass. – Joey Abderhalden earned medalist honors for Lee, but the Lenox golf team earned a 170-185 win over the Wildcats on Thursday at Wyndhurst.

 

Abderhalden finished with a 1-over 38 to lead the field. His Lee teammate David Carlino was second with a 39 after picking up a birdie on the par-4 second hole.

 

Lenox, though, placed four players at 43 or better, led by Brady DiGrigoli and Noah Pinsonneault, who each finished at 42. DiGrigoli birdied the par-3 fifth hole; Pinsonneault finished with a birdie on the par-5 ninth.

 

Hunter Shepardson also birdied No. 9 for the Millionaires.

 

Lenox (4-2) hosts Hoosac Valley on Monday.

 

Lee (3-2) hosts Mount Greylock on Monday.
