Lee Volleyball Sweeps into Sweet 16

LEE, Mass. -- Liz Brown registered 18 kills Thursday to lead the Lee volleyball team to a three-set win over Fellowship Christian Academy in the first round of the Division 5 state tournament.

 

Brown also served four aces in the 25-14, 25-11, 25-5 win as the fourth-seeded Wildcats reached the Sweet 16.

 

 Mya Andre and Kylie Joyce each had six kills. Joyce also served four aces.

 

Makayla Schuerer passed out 28 assists in the win.

 

Lee moves on to host Millis in the Round of 16. The date and time of that game have not been announced.
