Lee Golfers Top St. Joe

PITTSFIELD, Mass. -- Thomas Fraser carded a 43 to lead the Lee golf team to a 182-199 win over St. Joseph on Wednesday afternoon.

 

Fraser led five Lee Wildcats in the 40s on the par-35 back nine at Pontoosuc Lake Country Club.

 

Devyn Olds, who had a birdie on No. 10, and Dave Belanger each carded a 46 for Lee, while Hunter Rousa and Bryce Whalen finished at 47.

 

St. Joe's Andy Cella took medalist honors with a seven-over 42 that included a birdie on No. 18. Cody Tynan finished at 46 for the Crusaders.

 

Michael Gingras and Tino Burns scored for St. Joe.
