Fraser Finishes 10th at State Championships

GEORGETOWN, Mass. -- Lee High senior Thomas Fraser carded a 10-over round of 81 Monday at Black Swan Country Club to finish tied for 10th place at the Division 3 State Championships.

 

Fraser finished nine strokes behind the medalist, Christian Emmerich, who led St. Mary’s of Lynn to a one-stroke win in the team race.

 

St. Mary’s finished with a collective score of 323, just ahead of runner-up Dover-Sherborn.

 

Western Mass champion Lee finished 10th in the state. Backing up Fraser were Dylan Ely (82), Dylan Boomsma (970) and Adam Dingman (103).
