McCann Tech Girls Split on Road

BUCKLAND, Mass. – Camryn Moran covered the 2.5-mile course at Mohawk Trail High School in 21 minutes, 1 second on Tuesday to lead the McCann Tech girls cross country team to a dual meet win over Greenfield.
 
Moran placed fourth overall in the four-team meet.
 
The top girl in the field was Mohawk Trail’s Virginia Krezmien, who finished in 18:52.
 
The Hornets also got top 10 finishes from Kamilia Kondel (22:36) in sixth place and Aliza Rozon (23:30) in ninth place.
 
In the boys race, Mohawk Trail’s Peter Healy placed first in 15:22.
 
Tucker Wirtes was the top McCann Tech boy, crossing the line in 19:32.
 
The McCann Tech boys and girls each picked up a win against Turners Falls, which did not have enough finishers to qualify for a dual meet score.
