Taconic Golfers Top Mount Everett

GREAT BARRINGTON, Mass. -- Nate Murphy birdied twice on the front nine at Wyantenuck Wednesday to lead the Taconic golf team to a 117-149 win over Mount Everett in a match shortened to six holes.

 

Murphy finished with a 24 for six holes after picking up birdies on the par-5 fifth and par-4 sixth. He was able to complete his nine holes and finished 2-over-par 39 for the day.

 

Taconic also scored six-hole results from Camdyn McKillop (29), Cam LaFerriere (31) and Jackson Mulleur (33).

 

Mount Everett was led by Simon Fife with a 33. The Eagles also scored rounds from Eli Smith (37), Gabe Fahey (38) and Finn Vion (41).
