Rathbun, Sarnacki Lead Mount Everett Volleyball Past Taconic

PITTSFIELD, Mass. -- Alissa Rathbun and Lizzie Sarnacki each recorded four kills toe lead the Mount Everett volleyball team to a four-set win over Taconic on Monday.

 

Laynie Mullen passed out 12 assists, and Ashley Atwood recorded 11 aces for the Eagles, who pulled away in the fourth set to prevail, 25-22, 25-22, 24-26, 25-10.

 

Taconic’s Delaney Ivas had 11 kills, three digs and two aces. Tori Tynan had eight assists and four kills, and Ava Sinopoli had six kills in the loss.

 

Taconic hosts Pioneer Valley on Thursday.
