SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – Adan Wicks scored 15 points Tuesday to lead the Hoosac Valley boys basketball team to a 60-34 win over Baystate Academy Charter.
“Jumped out early and stayed the course,” Hoosac Valley coach Bill Robinson said. “All got to play many minutes tonight.”
The Hurricanes led by 11 points after one quarter and took a 46-15 lead into half-time.
Qwanell Bradley went 4-for-4 at the foul line and scored eight of his 10 points in the second quarter.
Trevor Moynihan scored 12 points in the win.
Hoosac Valley (5-4) is back in Springfield on Saturday to face Newington, Conn., in the Hoophall Classic in a game to be played at Sci-Tech.
