WILBRAHAM, Mass. – Quincy King scored 11 points in the fourth quarter Thursday to help the Taconic boys basketball team earn a 74-70 comeback win at Minnechaug.
King finished with 17 points for Taconic, which outscored its host, 26-14, in the last eight minutes to earn the win.
Kyle McGrath scored a team-high 33 points to lead Taconic, which got nine points from Martin Boua, seven from Ceasar Santos and six on a pair of 3-pointers from Nate Reynolds.
Miles Fergus scored 34 to lead Minnechaug. He had 16 in the second quarter, when the Falcons built a 42-35 lead.
Taconic (3-0) goes to Springfield Commerce on Monday.
