Lenox Wins 11th Straight

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – Hailey Armold and Kelsey Kirchner each had 11 kills Thursday to lead the Lenox volleyball team to a four-set win over Pioneer Valley Christian Academy.
 
Abby Winger put down nine kills in the 25-15, 21-25, 25-8, 25-16 win.
 
Kirchner ended up with a double-double, pulling up 10 digs.
 
Lenox’s setters, Etta Schnackenberg and Grace Julieano, accounted for 22 and 12 assists, respectively. Emily Barenski had a team-high 13 digs to go with seven aces.
 
“The team varied in energy at times but kept their energy and determination to finish out the last two sets quickly,” Lenox coach Rachel Meczywor said.
 
The Millionaires (11-1) take an 11-game winning streak into Friday’s home match against Wahconah.
