Mount Greylock Gets Senior Night Sweep

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. – Emily Alvarez pulled up 19 digs, and her fellow Mount Greylock seniors Wednesday each played a role in a 3-0 win over West Springfield on Senior Night.

 

Kylie Sweren had seven kills, four aces and four digs in the 25-14, 25-19, 25-11 win.

 

Olivia Cook had 13 digs and served five aces. Kelsey MacHaffie put down four kills and had a team-high two blocks, and Rubi Hernandez Soriano contributed to Mount Greylock’s attack on the front row.

 

The Mounties (13-1) go to Longmeadow on Thursday to face a Division 2 Lancers team that is 13-0 and is yet to drop a set this fall.
