Jacinto Leads Wahconah to Sweet 16

DALTON, Mass. – Eva Jacinto had seven kills Friday to lead the Wahconah volleyball team to a three-set win over Stoneham in the first round of the Division 4 State Tournament.

 

Jacinto also served an ace and pulled up four digs in the 25-21, 25-11, 25-10 win.

 

Olivia Mason and Megan O’Bryan each had four kills.

 

Eve Colombari passed out 12 assists and served an ace in the win.

 

Fifth-seeded Wahconah (18-3) moves on to host No. 12 East Bridgewater (14-6) in the Round of 16.
